We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be new, unused, and uninstalled
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all hardware, instructions, manuals, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please contact us and obtain return authorization before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products
  • Special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Installed, modified, damaged, or used products
  • Products returned without prior authorization

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified warranty issue.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover inspection, processing, handling, repackaging, and inventory costs.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The shipping box
  • Packaging materials
  • Product damage

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to process a carrier claim.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Products being exchanged must meet all return eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the inspection has been completed.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled separately from returns.

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us through our website and provide photographs along with a description of the issue. We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Limitation of Liability

ROAM Gear is not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, vehicle downtime, loss of use, towing expenses, rental vehicle expenses, or any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages related to the purchase, installation, use, removal, or replacement of any product.
